Teen Drivers Learn To Drive At Brookline Driving School In Boston
Boston is notorious for its traffic and bad drivers. In order to combat this problem, you high school student can attend the Brookline Driving School. It is one of the largest driving schools in the Boston Massachusetts and Greater Boston area licensed by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV). There are five locations offering both classroom and on-the-road instruction. The locations are Brighton, Newtownville, Newtown Centre, Needham, and Arlington.
To keep your teens safe behind the wheel, Brookline employs certified instructors. The school has been in business for over twelve years and has trained thousands of student drivers. While understanding that the teenage years can be a challenge, the instructors teach the rules and regulations of the road to the students so they are able to pass their drivers tests. While many teens associate driving with video games and don't understand the seriousness of a crash, this school will prepare them for the real world.
On the road instruction will teach them how to control their vehicle and how to operate all the controls on a vehicle such as the accelerator, brake, and clutch. And if you have a student who desires to join the military after graduation, having a driver's license can open up more opportunities for jobs in the military.
The entire Driver Education Course, which is available on both weekdays and weekends, costs $595. It includes: a 2 hour parent class, 30 hour classroom instructions, 12 hour behind-the-wheel lessons, and 6 hours driving observation instructions.
Persons between ages 16 and 18 are required to take Driver's Education in order to be able to take their Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) test and get their driver license. Upon completion of the course, we will issue a Driver's Ed Completion Certificate, which must be presented to the RMV when taking the road test for a license. This Certificate will allow students to take the road test before they turn 18 years old. Another benefit of the Certificate is that it will save students 10%-15% of their insurance rate for the next 5 years. This can more than pay for the entire tuition fee.
